Las uvas proceden de la zona sureste de la región de Cerdeña, hábitat ideal para esta variedad, cerca del mar. La beneficiosa brisa marina y el clima cálido y polvoriento garantizan uvas maduras y sanas que se recolectan entre el primero y el segundo día de septiembre.
Un vino que se afina durante apenas unos meses en bodega, tras los cuales se embotella para asegurar su frescura y sus notas frutales.
